پیشبینی توان بخشودگی براساس سبکهای دلبستگی، جهتگیری زندگی و عزت نفس دانشآموزان دبیرستانی
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطة بخشودگی با سبک­های دلبستگی، جهتگیری زندگی و عزت نفس در دانشآموزان بود. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی است. تحلیل بر روی 420 نفر از دانشآموزان دختر و پسر شهر اِوَز استان فارس انجام شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس بخشودگی بین فردی، مقیاس دلبستگی، مقیاس جهتگیری زندگی و مقیاس عزت نفس روزنبرگ بود. تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که بین بخشودگی با عزت نفس و جهتگیری زندگی مثبت ارتباط مستقیم معنادار وجود دارد و بین بخشودگی با سبک­های دلبستگی دوسوگرا و اجتنابی و جهتگیری زندگی منفی ارتباط معکوس معنادار وجود دارد (05/0>P). مدل رگرسیون، 19/0 واریانس بخشودگی مربوط به پسران و 09/0 واریانس بخشودگی دختران را پیشبینی کرد. می­توان نتیجه گرفت که افراد با سبکهای دلبستگی ناایمن، کمتر تمایل به بخشنده بودن دارند و استفاده از راهبردهای ارتقای عزت نفس و توجه به بُعد مثبت زندگی در افزایش بخشودگی دانشآموزان و افزایش سلامت روانی آنان مؤثر خواهد بود.

نقش حس عاملیت و ویژگیهای انحرافی شخصیت در پیشبینی گرایش به اعتیاد در دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش حس عاملیت و ویژگیهای انحرافی شخصیت در پیشبینی گرایش به اعتیاد در دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه دانشآموزان پسر دورة دوم متوسطه مدارس دولتی شهرستان پارسآباد که در سال تحصیلی 96-1397 مشغول به تحصیل بودند تشکیل میدادند. از این جامعه نمونهای به حجم 120 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامة آمادگی به اعتیاد زرگر و همکاران، حس عاملیت وودی و همکاران و انحراف شخصیتی بدفورد و همکاران پاسخ دادند. دادهها نیز توسط آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که گرایش به اعتیاد با مؤلفههای سادگی و بیاختیاری رابطه منفی و معنادار و با مؤلفههای ویژگیهای انحرافی شخصیت، فقدان اعتماد، وابستگی و اعمال خصمانه رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد (01/0>p). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نیز نشان داد که 37 درصد از کل واریانس گرایش به اعتیاد به وسیله حسعاملیت و ویژگیهای انحرافی شخصیت تبیین میشود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که حس عاملیت و ویژگیهای انحرافی شخصیت توانایی پیشبینی گرایش نوجوانان به اعتیاد را به صورت معناداری دارند.

بررسی مدل رابطه کیفیت زندگی مدرسه، آرزوهای شغلی و فرسودگی تحصیلی با واسطهگری بهزیستی ذهنی
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی مدل رابطه کیفیت زندگی مدرسه، آرزوهای شغلی و فرسودگی تحصیلی با واسطهگری بهزیستی ذهنی بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری را کلیه دانش­آموزان دختر پایه دهم شهرستان شهرکرد تشکیل دادند که تعداد 357 نفر به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای کیفیت زندگی مدرسه، بهزیستی ذهنی، آرزوهای شغلی و فرسودگی تحصیلی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین کیفیت زندگی مدرسه با بهزیستی ذهنی و آرزوهای شغلی رابطة مثبت معنادار و با فرسودگی تحصیلی رابطة منفی معنادار وجود دارد (001/0p < ). همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که بهزیستی ذهنی میانجی بین کیفیت زندگی مدرسه و فرسودگی تحصیلی و نیز آرزوهای شغلی و فرسودگی تحصیلی هستند؛ بنابراین، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که افزایش کیفیت زندگی مدرسه، آرزوهای شغلی و بهزیستی ذهنی نقش مهمی در کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی دارد.

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه علیّ هیجان­های مثبت و خودکارآمدی با تخیل از طریق انگیزش درونی است. دانش آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر رامهرمز جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را تشکیل داده بودند که از بین آنها 310 نفر به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحلهای انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش متغیرهای مورد نظر از پرسشنامه هیجانهای پیشرفت پکران، گوئتز و پری، مقیاس خودکارآمدی نظامی شوآرتز و جروسلم، انگیزش درونی آمابیل و پرسشنامه 20 مادهای تخیل ساخته سواری استفاده گردید. طرح تحقیق همبستگی است و جهت آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق، از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیری و آزمون معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. تحلیل داده­ها، نشان داد که ضمن اصلاح مدل پیشنهادی، هیجان­های مثبت با انگیزش درونی و تخیل، خودکارآمدی با تخیل و انگیزش درونی با تخیل رابطه علیّ مثبت داشتند. از آنجایی که عمل تخیل یک مهارت است، لذا برای ایجاد آن می­توان هیجان­های مثبت، خودکارآمدی و انگیزش درونی را تقویت و پرورش داد.

اثربخشی آموزش فرزنددرمانی مبتنی بر روانشناختی مثبتنگر بر خودتنظیمی انگیزشی، اشتیاق و سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان دختر
هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش فرزنددرمانی مبتنی بر روان­شناختی مثبتنگر بر خودتنظیمی انگیزشی، اشتیاق و سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان دختر ابتدایی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموزان دختر پایه ششم ابتدایی شهرستان خمین در سال تحصیلی 96-97 بود. به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و هدفمند، از بین دانشآموزانی که نمره آنها زیر میانگین همه پرسشنامهها بود 30 شرکتکننده انتخاب گردید و به روش جایگزینی تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی و گواه، هر گروه 15 شرکتکننده، قرار گرفتند. مادران گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای تحت آموزش فرزنددرمانی مبتنی بر روان­شناسی مثبتنگر قرار گرفتند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه خودتنظیمی انگیزشی، اشتیاق تحصیلی و سرزندگی تحصیلی استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیری استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که بین گروه تجربی و گواه در متغیرهای اشتیاق و سرزندگی تحصیلی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت، اما در متغیر خودتنظیمی انگیزشی تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت. بنابراین، می­توان نتیجه گرفت که جهت افزایش اشتیاق و سرزندگی تحصیلی در بین دانش­آموزان می­توان از الگوی فرزند درمانی مبتنی بر روان­شناسی مثبت استفاده کرد.

بررسی رابطه بین عملکرد خانواده و تنظیم شناختی هیجان با بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشآموزان
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین عملکرد خانواده و تنظیم شناختی هیجان با بهزیستی روان­شناختی در دانش آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه انجام شد. تحقیق حاضر یک پژوهش همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه دانش آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه شهر مرند بودند (۴۸۰N=) که از بین آنها تعداد ۲۱۵ نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه­های عملکرد خانواده (اپشتاین، بالدوین و بیشاب)، تنظیم شناختی هیجان (گارنفسکی، کرایج و اسپینهوفن) و بهزیستی روان­شناختی (ریف) بود. تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از روش همبستگی ساده و رگرسیون انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که که بین متغیر عملکرد خانواده با بهزیستی روان­شناختی رابطه مثبت و معنادار و بین متغیر تنظیم شناختی هیجان با بهزیستی روانشناختی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (05>P). نتایج بیانگر این بود که متغیر عملکرد خانواده و متغیر تنظیم شناختی هیجان می­توانند بهزیستی روان­شناختی را در دانش­آموزان دختر به طور مثبت و معناداری پیش­بینی کنند. در نتیجه میتوان گفت با افزایش عملکرد خانواده و تنظیم شناختی هیجان در دانش­آموزان دختر، بهزیستی روان­شناختی آنان نیز افزایش می­یابد.

بررسی رابطة بین خودکارآمدی معلم و اضطراب در مهارت تکلم
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطة بین خودکارآمدی و اضطراب تکلم در معلمان زبان انگلیسی ایرانی انجام شد. علاوه بر این، مدرسان زبان ایرانی را از نظر دو متغیر خودکارآمدی و اضطراب تکلم در مدارس و مؤسسات بررسی کرد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی و همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیة معلمان زبان انگلیسی مدارس و مؤسسات استان های تهران، گیلان و اردبیل تشکیل دادند. نمونه آماری 109 نفر بودند که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده­ها در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه­های مقیاس خودکارآمدی معلم و مقیاس اضطراب تکلم استفاده شد. تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه در نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین باور خودکارآمدی معلم با اضطراب تکلم رابطة معنادار معکوس وجود داشت. همچنین بین معلمان زبان انگلیسی مشغول به تحصیل در مؤسسات و مدارس، معلمان مؤسسات خودکارآمدی بالاتر و اضطراب تکلم کمتری داشتند.

مقایسه نقص توجه/ بیش فعالی، وندالیسم و اختلال خواب دانشآموزان استفاده کننده از اسکرینتایم در اتاق با دانش آموزان استفاده کننده در بیرون از اتاق
پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسة میزان نقص توجه/ بیش فعالی، وندالیسم و اختلال خواب دانشآموزان استفاده کننده از اسکرینتایم در اتاقشان با دانشآموزان استفاده کننده از آن در بیرون از اتاقشان بود. روش انجام پژوهش حاضر از نوع علّی- مقایسهای بود. جامعة آماری این پژوهش دانشآموزان مقطع ابتدایی شهر اردبیل در سال 95-1396 بودند که از میان آنها به طور در دسترس 60 مادر (30 نفر از آنهایی که فرزندانشان از اسکرین تایم در اتاقشان استفاده میکردند و 30 نفر از مادرانی که فرزندانشان در بیرون از اتاقشان از اسکرین تایم استفاده میکردند) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده و به پرسشنامة مشکلات رفتاری کودکان کانرز فرم والدین، پرسشنامة استاندارد محقق ساخته عوامل مؤثر بر تخریبگرایی و پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ پاسخ دادند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که بین میزان وندالیسم، رفتارتخریبگرایی و اختلال خواب بین دو گروه استفاده کننده از اسکرینتایم در داخل اتاق شخصی و بیرون از اتاق تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (05/0>P). بدین صورت که میزان وندالیسم، رفتار تخریبگرایی و اختلال خواب در دانشآموزان استفاده کننده از اسکرینتایم در داخل اتاقشان نسبت به دانشآموزانی که از اسکرین تایم در بیرون از اتاق استفاده میکنند بیشتر است.

نقش سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری و سرشت و منش در پیشبینی سایکوپاتی در دانشآموزان دارای نشانههای اختلال سلوک
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش سیستمهای مغزیرفتاری و سرشت و منش در پیشبینی سایکوپاتی در دانشآموزان دارای نشانههای اختلال سلوک بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. نمونه شامل 97 دانشآموز دبیرستانی دارای نشانه اختلال سلوک بود که از بین 640 دانش آموز که در سال تحصیلی 95- 96 در شهر اردبیل مشغول به تحصیل بودند و به صورت نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شده بودند، انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای اختلال سلوک شهریوری و همکاران، سایکوپاتی لینام و همکاران، سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری کارور و وایت و سرشت و منش کلونینجر و شوارکیک استفاده شد. دادههای گردآوری شده با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که سایکوپاتی با نوجویی و سیستم فعالساز رفتاری رابطة مثبت و با آسیبپرهیزی، خودراهبری، همکاری و سیستم بازداری رفتاری رابطه منفی دارد (01/0>P). نتایج نشان داد که نوجویی از سرشت و سائق از ابعاد سیستم فعالساز رفتاری میتوانند سایکوپاتی را در دانشآموزان دارای اختلال سلوک پیشبینی نمایند. به نظر میرسد در دانشآموزان دارای اختلال سلوک هرچه سیستم فعالسازی فعالتر باشد و این افراد به دنبال نوجویی و ریسک بیشتر باشند سایکوپاتی بالاتری از خود نشان میدهند.

پیشبینی بهزیستی تحصیلی براساس احساس تعلق به مدرسه و نشاط ذهنی با میانجیگری جهتگیری هدف در دانشآموزان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیشبینی بهزیستی تحصیلی بر اساس احساس تعلق به مدرسه و نشاط ذهنی با میانجیگری جهتگیری هدف در دانشآموزان دبیرستانی شهرستان قهاوند بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دوره اول و دوم متوسطه به تعداد 1126 نفر بودند که با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای 285 نفر انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استاندارد بهزیستی تحصیلی تومینین- سوینی، جهتگیری هدف الیوت و مک گریگور و همکاران، نشاط ذهنی رایان و فردریک و پرسشنامه احساس تعلق به مدرسه بری، بتی و وات استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافته­ها نشان داد که الگوی پیشنهادی واسطه­مندی جهت­گیری هدف در رابطه بین نشاط ذهنی و احساس تعلق به مدرسه با بهزیستی تحصیلی برازش مطلوبی دارد، به طوری که احساس تعلق به مدرسه و نشاط ذهنی با نقش میانجی جهتگیری هدف توانستند 54 درصد از واریانس بهزیستی تحصیلی دانش­آموزان را تبیین نمایند. بخش دیگری از یافته­ها حاکی از آن بود که احساس تعلق به مدرسه و نشاط ذهنی توانستند 8 درصد از واریانس جهت­گیری هدف را پیشبینی کنند. به طور کلی نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که نشاط ذهنی فقط به صورت غیر مستقیم توان پیش بینی بهزیستی تحصیلی را دارد، ولی متغیر احساس تعلق به مدرسه به صورت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم از توان پیش بینی بهزیستی تحصیلی دانش­آموزان برخوردار است.
