آموزش مشغولیت تحصیلی بر خلاقیت هیجانی دانشآموزان
هدف پژوهش بررسی آموزش مشغولیتِ تحصیلی بر خلاقیت هیجانی بود. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی به صورت دوگروهی(گروه آزمایش و کنترل) باطرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، دانشآموزان دختر دورة دوم متوسطه شهر قم در سال تحصیلی 97-1398بودند که50 دانشآموز پس از همتا شدن بر اساس سن، جنسیت، پایه، رشته تحصیلی و معدل به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی جایگزین شدند. هردوگروه پرسشنامۀ خلاقیت هیجانی آوریل(1999)، را بهعنوان پیشآزمون، پسآزمون تکمیل کردند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از کواریانس انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که مداخلۀ آموزشی تغییر معناداری در خلاقیت هیجانی و ابعاد آمادگی و نوآوری ایجاد کرده است، بهطوری که حدود 5/37 درصد تغییرات خلاقیت هیجانی، 3/35 درصد نوآوری و 9/34 درصد آمادگی هیجانی، را تبیین میکند(01/0=P). اما دربعد اثربخشی/اصالت تفاوت معناداری بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل مشاهده نشد. نتایج این پژوهش برای بهبود ویژگیهای تحصیلی به ویژه خلاقیت هیجانی دانشآموزان تلویحاتی را در بردارد.

بررسی اثربخشی مداخله مبتنی بر بهوشیاری بر نشانههای اضطراب اجتماعی و تابآوری دانشآموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی مداخله مبتنیبر بهوشیاری بر اضطراب اجتماعی و تابآوری دانشآموزان دختر دوره متوسطه بود. بدین منظور، در یک روش تجربی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل، 40 دانشآموز دختر مقطع متوسطه با اضطراب اجتماعی بالا و تابآوری پایین براساس نقطه برش پرسشنامههای هراس اجتماعی کانور و پرسشنامه تابآوری کونور و دیویدسون و بهصورت در دسترس و داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. این افراد بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش 20 نفره گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت هشت جلسه تحت مداخله درمانی مبتنی بر بهوشیاری قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل مداخله­ای دریافت نکردند. هر دو گروه قبل و بعد از مداخله پرسشنامه ها را پرکردند. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره مورد پردازش قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که مداخله مبتنی بر بهوشیاری بر کاهش میزان اضطراب اجتماعی(83/173=F و 001/0=P) و افزایش تابآوری (57/67=F و001/0=P) دانشآموزان تأثیر معناداری دارد. بر این اساس میتوان نتیجه گرفت که مداخله مبتنی بر بهوشیاری روشی مؤثر در تعدیل و تنظیم اضطراب اجتماعی و تابآوری دانشآموزان دختر است.

الگوی ساختاری پیشبینی سرزندگی تحصیلی، بازیگوشی روانشناختی و جهتگیری زندگی بر اساس خودناتوانسازی با میانجیگری هوش زیباشناسی در دانشآموزان نوجوانان
پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش­بینی سرزندگی تحصیلی، بازیگوشی روانشناختی و جهتگیری زندگی دانش­آموزان نوجوان بر اساس خودناتوان­سازی با میانجی­گری هوش زیباشناسی انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری شامل دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه شهرستان پلدختر در سال تحصیلی 96-1397 به تعداد 3990 نفر بود. بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 350 نفر به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. افراد نمونه بر اساس روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی مرحله­ای انتخاب گردید. پرسشنامه خودناتوان­سازی جونز و رودولف، رزندگی تحصیلی دهقانیزاده و همکاران، هوش زیباشناسی رشید و مهدوی، جهتگیری زندگی شییر و کارور و بازیگوشی روانشناختی شن و همکاران مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده­ها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS21 و AMOS22 تحلیل شد. یافته­های پژوهش نشان داد که تأثیر خودناتوانسازی بر هوش زیباشناسی، سرزندگی تحصیلی، بازیگوشی روانشناختی و جهت­گیری زندگی منفی و معنادار بود و تأثیر میانجی­گرانۀ هوش زیباشناسی بر سرزندگی تحصیلی و بازیگوشی روانشناختی مثبت و معنادار، ولی بر جهتگیری زندگی معنادار نبود. در نتیجه، در فضای مدرسه، تکیه بر هوش زیباشناسی و بهره­گیری از درک زیبایی­های جهان پیرامون در نوجوانان میتواند زمینۀ کاهش اثرات زیان­بار خودناتوان­سازی و پدیدایی پیامدهای مثبت تحصیلی را فراهم سازد.

بررسی نقش واسطهای ترس از شکست و دشواری تنظیم هیجان در رابطۀ بین کمالگرایی منفی با اهمالکاری تحصیلی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطهای ترس از شکست و دشواری تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین کمالگرایی منفی با اهمالکاری تحصیلی انجام شد. روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را دانشآموزان دوره دوم متوسطه که در سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹7-۱۳۹8 در منطقه آموزش و پرورش بستک هرمزگان مشغول به تحصیل بودند تشکیل میدادند. از این جامعه، ۲۳۴ نفر دانشآموز دختر و پسر به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی چند مرحلهای، بهعنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش مقیاس کمالگرایی چند بعدی فراست، مقیاس ترس از شکست کونروی، مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان گراتز و روئمر و مقیاس اهمالکاری تحصیلی سولومون و راثبلوم مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند و دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 20 و AMOSE 20 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش آماری تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مؤلفههای کمالگرایی منفی بر ترس از شکست و دشواری در تنظیم هیجانی اثر مثبت و مستقیم دارند. نتایج اصلی پژوهش نشان داد که نقش واسطهگری ترس از شکست و مؤلفههای دشواری در تنظیم هیجان در ارتباط میان مؤلفههای کمالگرایی منفی با اهمالکاری تحصیلی دانشآموزان تأیید شد و همچنین برازش مدل ساختاری پژوهش نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.

بررسی نقش واسطهای تعاملات ارتباطی در رابطۀ بین سن ورود به مدرسه و ترتیب تولد با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان
هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسی نقش واسطه­ای تعاملات ارتباطی در رابطۀ بین سن ورود به مدرسه و ترتیب تولد با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان متوسطه شهرستان رشت بود. روش به لحاظ هدف بنیادی و از لحاظ زمان اجرا مقطعی است. جامعۀ آماری شامل همه دانشآموزان متوسطه شهر رشت است که به نمونه­ای متشکل از 250 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای چند مرحله­ای انتخاب شدند. داده­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه تعاملات ارتباطی کارول گلاس و بررسی معدل­های دانش­آموزان و پرونده علمی آنان جهت اندازه­گیری پیشرفت تحصیلی جمعآوری شدند. یافتهها نشان داد که سن و ترتیب تولد هم به صورت مستقیم به ترتیب (25/0=β و 17/0= R2)، (15/0=β و 039/0= R2) و هم با میانجی­گری تعاملات ارتباطی(13/0=β و 022/0= R2)؛ (11/0=β و 16/0= R2)، بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان تأثیرگذار است. میتوان به این نتیجه رسید که سن و ترتیب تولد دو متغیر تأثیرگذار بر پیشرفت تحصیلی هستند و با میانجی­گری تعاملات ارتباطی می­توانند تأثیر قوی­تری بر آن داشته باشند.

اثربخشی آموزش حکمت ها و آموزه های روان شناختی نهج البلاغه بر رضایت از زندگی و کاهش اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی نوجوانان
هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش حکمت­ها و آموزه­های روان­شناختی نهج­البلاغه بر رضایت از زندگی و کاهش اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی نوجوانان بود. روش پژوهش، آزمایشی و با استفاده از طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعه، کلیۀ دانشآموزان پسر دوره متوسطه (پایه دوازدهم) شهرستان اردبیل در نظر گرفته شدند. بدین منظور تعداد 40 نفر از دانشآموزان، بر اساس نمونه در دسترس انتخاب شده و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم گردید. دانشآموزان در نظر گرفته شده با تکمیل مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس (DASS-21) و مقیاس چند جنبه­ای رضایت از زندگی دانشآموزی، یک بار قبل و یک بار بعد از اجرای جلسات آموزشی در این پژوهش شرکت نمودند. در این مطالعه آموزه­های روان شناختی نهجالبلاغه طی 10 جلسه به گروه آزمایش، آموزش داده شد، اما گروه کنترل هیچ برنامه آموزشی را دریافت نکرد. بعد از جمع­آورى داده­ها، نتایج توسط نرم افزار آمارى SPSS مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. براى تحلیل داده­ها از آمار توصیفى و آمار استنباطى استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش حکمت­ها و آموزه­های روان­شناختی نهجالبلاغه، میانگین نمرات رضایت از زندگی در گروه آزمایش به طور معناداری افزایش و میانگین نمرات اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی آنان کاهش یافته اســت. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده در این مطالعه، میتوان گفت آموزش آموزه­های روان شناختی نهجالبلاغه به صورت گروهی، روش مؤثری در ارتقای سلامت روان­شناختی و کاهش اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی نوجوانان است.

بررسی تاثیر روان درمانی بدنی بر قابلیتهای هوش عملی دانشآموزان ابتدایی
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی روان درمانی بدنی بر قابلیتهای هوش عملی دانشآموزان ابتدایی انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نوع شبه­آزمایشی بود و در این راستا، طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشآموزان ابتدایی 4 مدرسه دولتی(دو پسرانه- دو دخترانه) در ناحیه 6 شهر مشهد بود که در سال تحصیلی 97- 1398مشغول به تحصیل بودند. با استفاده از نمونهگیری در دسترس 42 نفر از دانشآموزان مقطع ابتدایی در دو گروه به صورت تصادفی گمارش شدند: 10 نفر پسر و 10 نفر دختر در گروه کنترل، 12 نفر پسر و 10 نفر دختر در گروه آزمایش تحت مداخلۀ روان درمانی بدنی قرار گرفتند. دوره روان درمانی بدنی برای گروه ازمایش در 36 جلسه 60 دقیقهای به مدت 3 ماه ارائه گردید و در این مدت گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار گرفت. ابزار سنجش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش آزمون هوش گودیناف بود. در این پژوهش برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل کواریانس استفاده شد. با اجرای آزمون تحلیل کواریانس دو گروهی برای مقایسه تفاوتهای پس آزمون دو گروه، با کنترل پیشآزمون، نتایج نشان داد که روان درمانی بدنی در افزایش قابلیتهای هوش عملی دانش آموزان ابتدایی تأثیر معناداری داشته است (05/0>p).

مقایسه سه روش محرومسازی، بازسازی شناختی، گسلششناختی بر خودکنترلی دانشآموزان ابتدایی
هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی تکنیکهای محرومسازی، بازسازی شناختی، گسلش شناختی بر خودکنترلی کودکان بود. این پژوهش به شیوه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پسآزمون چند گروهی با گروه کنترل اجرا شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموزان ابتدایی شهر همدان در سال تحصیلی 96 - 1397 بود. نمونه آماری شامل 60 کودک بودند که به شیوه تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در چهار گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، میزان زمان صرف شده برای نخوردن شیرینی بود که حداکثر 10 دقیقه طول میکشید. نتایج تحلیل واریانس نشان داد که بین گروهها تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد(01/0P<). نتایج آزمون تعقیبی نشان داد که تکنیکهای محرومسازی و بازسازی شناختی تأثیر معناداری بر افزایش نمرات خودکنترلی آزمودنیها دارند(01/0P<). اما تأثیر گسلش­شناختی بر خودکنترلی معنادار نبود(08/0P=). همچنین محرومسازی بیشتر از بازسازی شناختی توانست میزان خودکنترلی را در آزمودنیها افزایش دهد. براساس نتایج بهدستآمده، میتوان از تکنیکهای محرومسازی و بازسازی شناختی در جهت افزایش میزان خودکنترلی در کودکان استفاده کرد.

روایی تشخیصی نسخه دوم مقیاسهای سنجش هوش رینولدز در دانشآموزان پیشدبستان شهرستان اسلامشهر با اختلال نقصتوجه-بیش-فعالی/تکانشگری
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، روایی تشخیصی نسخه دوم مقیاسهای سنجش هوش رینولدز در دانش­آموزان پیش­دبستان شهرستان اسلامشهر با نقص­توجه-بیش­فعالی/تکانشگری بود. جامعه آماری دانش­آموزان پیشدبستان شهرستان اسلامشهر هستند که به مراکز مشاوره مراجعه کرده­اند. نمونه پژوهش 120 دانش­آموز پیش­دبستانی­اند که 60 دانشآموز دارای اختلال نقص­توجه-بیش­فعال / تکانشگری­اند که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند در دسترس و 60 دانش­آموز هنجاری که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی منظم انتخاب شدند. طرح پژوهش در حیطه مطالعات روایی از نوع روایی تشخیصی از نوع روان­سنجی است. در راستای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­های آماری، پس از تحلیل­های توصیفی به تحلیل­های مرتبط با روایی تشخیصی (روش نمودار پراکنش با تأکید بر روش دیویس)، روش فاصله اطمینان و بهره­گیری از محور ترکیبی نقص­توجه-بیش­فعالی/تکانشگری نسخه دوم مقیاس­های سنجش هوش رینولدز) پرداخته گردید. یافته­ها معرف این بود که مقیاس «هوش سیال» و «سرعت پردازش» مهمترین ملاک تشخیصی برای نقص­توجه- بیش­فعالی هستند؛ بنابراین، نسخه دوم مقیاس­های سنجش هوش رینولدز دارای روایی تشخیصی بوده و می­تواند دانشآموزان دارای اختلال نقص­توجه-بیش­فعال / تکانشگری را تشخیص دهد.

اثربخشی آموزش خود-دلسوزی شناختی بر تابآوری، بهزیستی روانشناختی و تحمل پریشانی معلمان زن ابتدایی شهر سبزوار
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش خوددلسوزی شناختی بر تابآوری، بهزیستی روان­شناختی و تحمل پریشانی معلمان زن ابتدایی شهر سبزوار انجام شد. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش­آزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. حجم نمونه 40 نفر معلم زن ابتدایی شهر سبزوار در سال 1397 بود که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش(20 نفر) و کنترل (20 نفر) جایگزین شدند. داده­های مورد نیاز با استفاده از مقیاس تاب­آوری کانر و دیویدسون، بهزیستی روان­شناختی ریف و تحمل پریشانی سیمونز و گاهر جمع­آوری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل کواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش خوددلسوزی شناختی بر تاب­آوری، بهزیستی روان­شناختی و تحمل پریشانی در معلمان زن ابتدایی شهر سبزوار تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد(05/0P<). براین اساس آموزش خوددلسوزی شناختی یک برنامة مداخله­ای مؤثر برای کمک به معلمان زن ابتدایی است.

نقش همنوایی اجتماعی و تعهد اجتماعی در تفسیرگرایی بلومر در معلمان مقطع متوسطه
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش همنوایی اجتماعی و تعهد اجتماعی در تفسیرگرایی بلومر در معلمان مقطع متوسطه انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی میباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه معلمان مقطع متوسطه شهر اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 1399-1398 تشکیل داد. از این جامعه نمونه­ای به حجم 120 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب گردید و به پرسشنامه­ محقق ساخته تفسیرگرایی و همنوایی اجتماعی و پرسشنامه تعهد اجتماعی پاسخ دادند. دادههای بهدست آمده با استفاده از آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS-25تحلیل شد. نتایج ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که تفسیرگرایی با نمره کل همنوایی اجتماعی و تعهد اجتماعی رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد (05/0< p). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد 11 درصد از کل واریانس تفسیرگرایی به وسیله همنوایی اجتماعی و تعهد اجتماعی تبیین می­شود. از لحاظ کاربردی با توجه به اهمیت همنوایی اجتماعی و تعهد اجتماعی به مدیران، روانشناسان و مشاوران مدارس برگزاری کارگاههای آموزشی جهت ارتقای انطباق و تعهد اجتماعی معلمان پیشنهاد میگردد.
