طراحی و اعتباریابی مدل مدرسه شبکه‌ای در بستر شبکه اجتماعی مجازی مدارس

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفه‌ها و ارائه چارچوب مدل مدرسه شبکه‌ای در بستر شبکه اجتماعی مجازی (پلت فرم سمیم) انجام شد و اعتباریابی آن مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. 
روش ها در این پژوهش از روش تحقیق آمیخته استفاده شد. جامعه پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل اسناد مکتوب و الکترونیکی در دسترس بود و نمونه‌گیری به روش هدفمند انجام شد. در بخش کمی، از روش پیمایشی، مدیران و معاونین مدارس دارای پلتفرم سمیم در کشور به عنوان جامعه پژوهش در نظر گرفته شدند و 51 نفر از ایشان از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. 
یافته ها نتایج پژوهش منجر به شناسایی چهار مؤلفه اصلی شامل پشتیبانی، توانمندسازی، تعامل و واکاوش یادگیری شد. 
نتیجه گیری همچنین نتایج، بیانگر آن است که مؤلفه توانمندسازی بر اساس نتایج آزمون‌های آماری مورد تأیید نیست، اما سایر مؤلفه‌های مدل با اطمینان 0/95 و سطح خطای کمتر از 0/05 مورد تأیید قرارگرفته است.

Objective The present study aimed at identifying the components and presenting the framework of the network school model in the context of the virtual social network (Samim platform) and its validation. 
Methods In this research, mixed methods approach was used. The population in the qualitative section including available written and electronic documents and purposeful sampling was applied. In the quantitative part, survey methodology, school administrators and vice-principals who used Samim platform were used as the population and 51 of them were selected through multistage cluster sampling.
Results The results of the research led to the identification of four main components: support, empowerment, interaction, and learning exploration.
Conclusion Also, the results indicate that the empowerment component was not confirmed based on the results of statistical tests, but other components of the model with a confidence level of 0.95 and an error level of less than 0.05 were confirmed.
