نقش سیستم‌های فعال‌سازی/ بازداری رفتاری در پیش بینی اضطراب حالت/ صفت دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش سیستم­های فعال­سازی/ بازداری رفتاری در پیش‌بینی اضطراب صفت/ حالت دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه می‌باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه شهر خلخال در سال تحصیلی92-91 بود. تعداد 180‌ نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی­خوشه‌ای چند‌مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس اضطراب صفت/حالت و مقیاس بازداری/فعال‌سازی رفتاری بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد اضطراب حالت ارتباط مثبتی با حساسیت به تنبیه دارد (36/0=r؛001/0>p)، اضطراب صفت نیز به طور مثبت با حساسیت به تنبیه (43/0=r؛001/0>p) و به طور منفی با حساسیت به پاداش (39/0=r؛001/0>p) مرتبط می‌باشد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که 18 درصد از واریانس اضطراب حالت و 24 درصد از کل واریانس اضطراب صفت به وسیله سیستم های بازداری و فعال سازی رفتاری تبیین می‌شود. این نتایج نشان می­دهند که فعالیت بالای سیستم بازداری رفتاری در هر نوع اضطراب صفت و حالت نقش دارد، ولی اضطراب صفت با فعالیت پایین سیستم فعال­ساز رفتاری نیز همراه می‌باشد.

The aim of the present study was to determine the role of behavioral activation /inhibition systems in predicting state/ trait anxiety among high school students. The method of this study was descriptive and correlational. All Khalkhal city students in basis high schools in school year 2012-2013 had comprised the population of the study. 180 students were selected by random multistage cluster sampling, were asked to respond to the State/ Trait Anxiety questionnaire and behavioral inhibition and behavioral activation. The gathered data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and multistage regression tests. Pearson correlation results showed that state Anxiety has a positive correlation with sensitivity to punishment (r= 0/39; p
