The method of the present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection method. The required data were collected from a sample of 196 second grade female high school students in Khorramdareh by random sampling method. Samuels Academic Resilience Questionnaire, Henderson-King and Smith Academic Meaning Questionnaire were used to collect data. Also, the grade point average obtained by students in the first and second semesters was used to measure academic success. The extracted data were analyzed by SPSS and LISREL software. Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between academic meaning with academic performance and between academic resilience with academic meaning and between academic resilience with academic performance of female high school students in Khorramdareh. (P<0.01). On the other hand, the results of Sobel, Arvian and Goodman tests showed that the variable of academic meaning was mediated between academic resilience and academic performance was statistically significant. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه تاب آوری تحصیلی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان و میانجی معنای تحصیلی در بین دانش آموزان دختر متوسطه دوره دوم شهر خرمدره انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی به طور ویژه تحلیل مسیر بود. داده های مورد نیاز از بین نمونه ای از دانش آموزان دختر متوسطه دور دوم شهر خرمدره به تعداد 196 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی گردآوری شد. برای گرد آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های تاب آوری تحصیلی ساموئلز ، پرسشنامه معنای تحصیلی  هندرسون-کینگ و اسمیت استفاده شد. همچنین برای سنجش موفقیت تحصیلی از معدل کسب شده توسط دانش آموزان در دو نیمسال اول و دوم استفاده شد. داده­ها استخراج شده توسط نرم افزارهای SPSS  و لیزرل بررسی و تحلیل شد. یافته ها نشان داد که بین معنای تحصیلی با عملکرد تحصیلی و  بین تاب آوری تحصیلی با معنای تحصیلی و بین تاب آوری تحصیلی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر خرمدره رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.
