The statistical population of this study consisted of all teachers working in girls public high schools of Urmia first school district, from which 172 teachers were chosen as study sample through random classification. The data were collected through standard questionnaires and analyzed using correlation and regression.The results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between teachers' organizational commitment as well as professional commitment with features of their work environment. And a negative relationship is found between the organizational structure as well as centralization with organizational commitment and professional commitment. Distributive justice and organizational atmosphere account for 34% of the variance in organizational commitment. Moreover, distributive justice and justice account for 20% of the variance in organizational commitment. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه و پیش‌بینی تعهد سازمانی و حرفه‌ای از طریق ویژگی‌های محیط شغلی و ساختار سازمانی مدارس انجام شده است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه‌ی دبیران دبیرستان‌های دخترانه‌ی ناحیه‌ی یک آموزش وپرورش شهر ارومیه بود که از میان آنان 172 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. روش تحقیق، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده و برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد استفاده شده است. داده‌های به‌دست آمده از طریق روش همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون به روش گام به گام مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین ویژگی‌های محیط شغلی با تعهد سازمانی و حرفه‌ای رابطه‌ی مثبت معنا‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد از بین ابعاد ساختار سازمانی، تمرکز با تعهد سازمانی و حرفه‌ای رابطه معنا‌دار منفی و بعد رسمیت با تعهد حرفه‌ای رابطه‌ی معنا‌دار مثبت دارند. از بین ویژگی‌های محیط شغلی، متغیرهای عدالت توزیعی و جو 34 درصد از واریانس تعهد سازمانی و متغیرهای عدالت توزیعی و اعتماد 20 درصد از واریانس تعهد حرفه‌ای را تبیین کرد. https://jsp.uma.ac.ir/article_195_99b62915ab33d701c5128943a8fdcd4b.pdf
