The relative effectiveness of different types of intelligence, such as the development of innovative behavior, spiritual intelligence is also critical to the development of such behaviors. This study and identify the spiritual intelligence on innovative behavior among middle school teachers deals. Research is applied research and the cross-correlation. The population of this study consisted of 460 people Meshgin city school teachers that using a random sample of 210 of them were selected. Innovative behavior questionnaire to collect data from the counter and comprehensive spiritual intelligence (ISIS) has been used. For data analysis and correlation of Pearson's correlation and multiple regressions were used. Findings showed that the spiritual intelligence and its components with innovative behavior, there was a significant positive correlation. Results of regression analysis showed that among the components of spiritual intelligence, Component is the ability to take advantage of the intellectual resources to solve problems, Capacity for excellence and piety as well as capacity has the greatest impact on innovative behavior are predicted. Finally, recommendations for the development of spiritual intelligence and innovative behavior were presented. نوآوری، اساس توسعه و ماندگاری سیستم‌های اجتماعی بوده و دستیابی به نوآوری، نیازمند هوش و رفتار نوآورانه است. در میان انواع مختلف هوش و تاثیر نسبی و متفاوت آنها در ایجاد رفتار نوآورانه، ‌هوش معنوی نیز نقش اساسی در بروز این چنین رفتارها دارد. بنابراین، تحقیق حاضر به بررسی و شناسایی رابطه‌ی هوش معنوی بر رفتار نوآورانه در میان معلمان مقطع راهنمایی می‌پردازد. تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش، معلمان مقطع راهنمایی مشگین‌شهر به تعداد 460 نفر است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده از میان آنها 210 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ی استاندارد رفتار نوآورانه کانتر و هوش معنوی جامع (ISIS) استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که بین هوش معنوی و مؤلفه‌های آن با رفتار نوآورانه رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنا‌داری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که از میان مؤلفه‌های هوش معنوی، مؤلفه توانایی برای سود بردن از منابع معنوی برای حل مسائل، ظرفیت برای تعالی و همچنین ظرفیت پرهیزگاری به ترتیب دارای بیشترین تأثیر در پیش‌بینی رفتار نوآورانه است. توسعه این مؤلفه‌ها در کنار پایش مستمر به‌کارگیری آنها در رفتارهای معلمان، می‌تواند در گسترش رفتارهای نوآورانه مؤثر واقع شود. https://jsp.uma.ac.ir/article_282_168a2ed9879ddb9cc4f3525f982fd23c.pdf
