In this descriptive research (reason patterning), first year high school students of Urmia city formed the statistical society. Method of sampling was multi-stage random procedure that 380 people were selected through this method, and then answered the questionnaires of the academic self-efficiency, the perception of school’s environment, and the achievement goals. Data was analyzed through the structural equations method. Results indicated that the academic self-efficiency model is valid in research society. Direct route of the goals of the mastery towards the academic self-efficiency was positive and significant, and the goals of function-avoidance towards the academic self-efficiency was negative qnd significant. In addition, direct routes of teacher support, peer support, and stability of rules towards the goals of mastery, function - approach, and function-avoidance were positive and significant. Therefore, we can increase the academic self-efficiency by increasing the environmental supports in school, and tendency of the students towards the mastery goals. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی روابط ساختاری ادراک از جو مدرسه و اهداف پیشرفت با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی بود. در این پژوهش توصیفی(الگویابی علّی) دانش‌آموزان سال اول دبیرستان شهر ارومیه جامعه‌ی آماری را تشکیل دادند. روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی چند مرحله­ای بود که با این روش380 نفر انتخاب و به پرسش‌نامه­های خودکارآمدی تحصیلی، ادراک از جو مدرسه و اهداف پیشرفت پاسخ دادند. داده­ها با روش معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد. نتایج حاکی از این بود که الگوی خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در جامعه پژوهش معتبر است(027/0RMSEA=). مسیر مستقیم اهداف تبحری بر خودکارآمدی تحصیلی مثبت و معنا­دار و اهداف عملکرد- اجتناب بر خودکارآمدی تحصیلی منفی و معنا­دار بود. همچنین، مسیرهای مستقیم حمایت معلم، حمایت همسالان و ثبات قوانین بر اهداف تبحری، عملکرد -رویکرد و عملکرد– اجتناب مثبت و معنا­دار بودند. در نتیجه با افزایش حمایت­های محیطی در مدرسه و گرایش دانش‌آموزان به اهداف تبحری می­توان خودکارآمدی تحصیلی را افزایش داد. https://jsp.uma.ac.ir/article_289_0a985350f9ed11f9583217770d54f23e.pdf
