		<Abstract>&lt;br /&gt;Objective: The purpose of this research is to explain the structure and components of academic competence of elementary school students. Academic competence is the multidimensional characteristics of the learner including skills, attitudes and behaviors.&lt;br /&gt;Method: The research method is qualitative with Strauss and Corbin&#039;s data theory strategy. Semi-structured interviews with 18 education specialists, teachers and mothers in 1401 were used to collect data. The ratio and content validity index were confirmed by 11 judges. Open, central and selective coding was used for data analysis.&lt;br /&gt;Results: In this research, 44 core codes were discovered. Among the discovered causal factors, we can adapt and enrich the student&#039;s environment, proper interaction with the student; Some background factors include a safe social, emotional-psychological atmosphere in school, home and class, appropriate school-parent-student communication, teacher&#039;s experiences; Among the intervening factors are the teacher&#039;s familiarity with individual differences and the principles of psychology, teacher efficiency, teacher&#039;s scientific evaluation, teacher&#039;s psychological balance; Among the strategies can be boldness, responsibility, patience, self-efficacy, discipline, justice, student loyalty; Among the consequences, it is possible to mention the increase of intelligence, intellectual growth, belief, behavioral-human development and questioning of students and promotion of citizenship rights.&lt;br /&gt;Conclusion: The components of academic competence discovered in this research can be used in the construction and standardization of the questionnaire of educational competence of elementary school students. It is suggested that researchers and subject-matter experts pay attention to the components identified in this research.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</Abstract>
