The data were analyzed using Pearson and Partial correlation and regression analysis. The results showed thatthe relationship between moral reasoning and moral behavior in students wasn’t significant. But with entering the social cognition variable into the analysis, this relationship was significant. Therefore,it is necessary to examine the moral behavior in adolescents, search other factors, especially the non-cognitive factors. Also, the need for promoting social cognition in adolescents to increase their understanding of ethical behavior must be properly appreciated. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه استدلال اخلاقی و رفتار اخلاقی با میانجی گری نظریه شناخت اجتماعی در نوجوانان انجام شده است. جامعه‌ی­ آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان خرم آباد است که از میان آنها 350 نفر (175 پسر و 175 دختر) براساس روش نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای چند مرحله­ای انتخاب شدند و پرسش‌نامه‌های استدلال اخلاقی و رفتار اخلاقی و آزمون ذهن خوانی از طریق تصویر چشم را تکمیل کردند. با استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون و همبستگی سهمی و تحلیل رگرسیون ساده در قالب الگوی تحلیل مسیر، یافته­ها نشان داد که رابطه‌ی بین استدلال اخلاقی و رفتار اخلاقی در نوجوانان معنادار نمی‌باشد. اما با ورود متغیر واسطه‌ای شناخت اجتماعی در تحلیل، رابطه‌ی بین استدلال اخلاقی و رفتار اخلاقی معنادار گردید و بر این اساس، فرضیه اول رد و فرضیه دوم تأیید گردید. از این رو لازم است در بررسی رفتار اخلاقی نوجوانان به عواملی غیر از عوامل صرفاً شناختی توجه شود و تنها بر اساس استدلال اخلاقی افراد در مورد رفتار اخلاقی آنها قضاوت نشود. همچنین ضرورت تقویت شناخت اجتماعی در نوجوانان جهت افزایش بروز رفتارهای اخلاقی در آنها درک شود. https://jsp.uma.ac.ir/article_446_ff4955087dc14064608ead39b70cfd7b.pdf
