		<Abstract>The aim of current study was to recognize effect of positive thinking skill training on social maladjusted adolescent girls&#039; social adjustment and psychological capital. Method this study was experimental and in framework of pre- and post-test plans with control group. It was measured by two questionnaires A: students&#039; adjustment for high school. B: Inventory Psychological Capital . Accordingly, a 60-person sample of maladjusted adolescent girls in high schools of Hashtgerd City was elected using cluster sampling method. Then positive thinking skills training were provided for experimental group. The pre- and post-test were performed for both groups before and after of training for experimental group and data obtained by descriptive statistics and data categorizing and in inferential level were investigated by Covariance analysis method. Results of data analysis showed that training influence of positive thinking is effective on increase of adolescent students&#039; adjustment and psychological capital.</Abstract>
