تحلیل نقش کمال گرایی در تعهد حرفه ای معلمان (مورد مطالعه: معلمان آموزش وپرورش ناحیه یک اردبیل)

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل نقش کمال گرایی در تعهد حرفه ای معلمان آموزش وپرورش ناحیه یک اردبیل انجام گرفت.
روش ها: این پژوهش از لحاظ روش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را  معلمان آموزش وپرورش ناحیه یک اردبیل به تعداد 925 نفر تشکیل دادند که حجم نمونه بااستفاده از جدول مورگان 271 نفر برآورد شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه بوده است.
یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها بااستفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نشان داد که کمال گرایی بر تعهد حرفه ای معلمان تاثیر معنی داری داشت. همچنین ضریب بتا نشان داد ابعاد دیگرمداری، خویشتن مداری و جامعه مداری به ترتیب 123/0، 261/0 و 324/0 از تغییرپذیری تعهد حرفه‌ای معلمان را پیش بینی می‌کردند.
نتیجه‌گیری: به منظور افزایش تعهد حرفه‌ای معلمان؛  بایستی مدیران و متولیان امر  به مقوله کمال‌گرایی و نقش آن در ایجاد محیط کاری توأم با تعهد، توجه نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The present study aimed to analyze the role of perfectionism in the professional commitment of teachers in the education and training district of Ardabil, Iran.
Methods: This research was descriptive-correlational in terms of methodology. The statistical population of the study consisted of 925 teachers in the education and training district of Ardabil, and the sample size was estimated as 271 using Morgan's table. The data collection tool was a questionnaire.
Result: The results of data analysis using SPSS software showed that perfectionism had a significant impact on the professional commitment of teachers. In addition, the beta coefficients indicated that the dimensions of self-oriented perfectionism, other-oriented perfectionism, and socially prescribed perfectionism predicted 0.123, 0.261, and 0.324 of the variance in professional commitment, respectively.
Conclusion: In order to enhance the professional commitment of teachers, managers and authorities should pay attention to the concept of perfectionism and its role in creating a work environment accompanied by commitment.
