اثربخشی مشاورهی گروهی با روش عقلانی- عاطفی- رفتاری بر مولفههای سلامت عمومی در دانش آموزان پسر

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مشاور هی گروهی با
تأکید بر روش درمان عقلانی- عاطفی-رفتاری، بر سلامت عمومی
دانش آموزان پسر سال سوم متوسطه ی شهر اهواز صورت گرفت. در این
مطالعه جامعهی آماری شامل کلیهی دانش آموزان پسر مشغول به تحصیل
89 بود. 200 دانش آموز - در دبیرستانهای شهر اهواز در سال تحصیلی 90
پسر به صورت تصادفی از دو ناحیه ی 1 و 4 آموزش و پرورش شهر
اهواز انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنام هی سلامت عمومی 28 ماده ای پاسخ
دادند. از بین این افراد 30 دانش آموز پسر بر اساس نقطهی برش در ابزار
فوق، به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) در یک طرح
آزمایشی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند.
روش درمان عقلانی- عاطفی- رفتاری الیس بر روی گروه آزمایش در 8
جلسه اجرا گردید. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس با کنترل
پیش آزمون انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مشاورهی گروهی،
باعث افزایش مولف ههای سلامت عمومی (کاهش افسردگی، اضطراب،
شکایات بدنی و بدکارکردی اجتماعی) دانش آموزان پسر در گروه
آزمایش شده است. در نتیجه، درمان گروهی عقلانی- عاطفی-رفتاری
الیس یک روش موثر در کاهش نشانه های روان شناختی و بهبود علائم
دانش آموزان پسر دبیرستانی است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research was to investigate
the eٍٍٍٍffectiveness of group counseling emphasizing
the effect of Rational–Emotive –Behavioral Therapy
on sub-scales General Health Questionnaire in third
grade male high school students in Ahvaz city. 200
male students of education 1 and 4 regions were
randomly selected and General Health Questionnaire
(GHQ-28) completed. Then 30 male participants
were selected according to cut-off point in inventory.
Next, the participants were randomly assigned into
experimental and control groups (each group
comprising 15 students). The method of this study
was experimental design using pre-test and post-test
with control group. The participants in the
experimental group received 8 sessions of Rational–
Emotive–Behavioral Therapy, and no control group.
Data analysis was done through the analysis of
covariance. The findings by pre-test controlling
showed that group counseling training significantly
increase general health components among
experimental group. As a result, group counseling
emphasizing Rational–Emotive –Behavioral Therapy
is an effective method in reducing and improcing
high school students psychological sysmptoms.
