مولفه‌های‌شایستگی‌تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی از دیدگاه معلمان، مادران و متخصصان: یک کاوش کیفی مبتنی بر نظریه‌داده‌بنیاد

چکیده


هدف: هدف این پژوهش تبیین ساختار و مولفه‎های شایستگی تحصیلی دانش‎آموزان دوره ابتدایی است. شایستگی تحصیلی ویژگی‌های چند بعدی یادگیرنده از جمله مهارت‌ها، نگرشها و رفتارها است.
روش‎پژوهش: روش پژوهش، کیفی‌ با راهبرد نظریه داده‎بنیاد اشتراوس و کوربین است. برای گردآوری‌داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختارمند با 18 متخصص تعلٌیم‌و‌تربیت، معلمان و مادران در سال 1401 بهره‌گیری شده‌است. نسبت‌ و شاخص‌روایی‌محتوایی از طریق 11 داور تائید شد. برای تحلیل داده-ها از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده‌شد.
یافته‎ها:در این پژوهش 105 کدباز و 44 کدمحوری اکتشاف شد. از جمله عوامل‌علٌی اکتشاف شده می‌توان به متناسب‌سازی و غنی‌سازی محیط دانش‎آموز، تعامل مناسب با دانش‎آموز، رابطه مادران با دانش‎آموز، علایق دانش‎آموزان و روش‎های مبتنی بر بازی؛ از عوامل زمینه‌ای می‌توان به جو اجتماعی، عاطفی-روانی امن در مدرسه، خانه و کلاس، ارتباط مناسب مدرسه-اولیا-دانش‎آموز، تجارب معلم، غیرمتمرکز شدن نظام‌آموزشی، شایسته‌سالاری در آموزش‌و‌پرورش و تحول در سیاست‎های آموزش ابتدایی؛از جمله عوامل مداخله‌ای می‌توان به آشنایی معلم با تفاوتهای فردی و اصول‌روان‌شناسی، کارآمدی معلم، ارزشیابی علمی معلم،تعادل‌روانی‌معلم؛ ازجمله راهبردها می‌توان به جرات‌ورزی، مسولیت‎پذیری، صبوری، خودکارآمدی، نظم و انضباط، عدالت، وفاداری دانش‌آموز؛ از جمله پیامدها می‌توان به افزایش هوش، رشد فکری، ایجاد باور، رشد رفتاری‌-انسانی و پرسشگری دانش‎آموزان و ارتقاء حقوق شهروندی اشاره کرد.
نتیجه‎ گیری: مولفه‎های شایستگی تحصیلی اکتشاف شده در این پژوهش را می‎توان در ساخت و استانداردسازی پرسشنامه‎ شایستگی‎ تحصیلی دانش ‎آموزان دوره ابتدائی استفاده کرد. پیشنهاد می‎شود، پژوهش‌گران و متخصصان‌امر، مولفه‌های شناسائی شده در این پژوهش را مورد توجه قرار دهند.

چکیده [English]


Objective: The purpose of this research is to explain the structure and components of academic competence of elementary school students. Academic competence is the multidimensional characteristics of the learner including skills, attitudes and behaviors.
Method: The research method is qualitative with Strauss and Corbin's data theory strategy. Semi-structured interviews with 18 education specialists, teachers and mothers in 1401 were used to collect data. The ratio and content validity index were confirmed by 11 judges. Open, central and selective coding was used for data analysis.
Results: In this research, 44 core codes were discovered. Among the discovered causal factors, we can adapt and enrich the student's environment, proper interaction with the student; Some background factors include a safe social, emotional-psychological atmosphere in school, home and class, appropriate school-parent-student communication, teacher's experiences; Among the intervening factors are the teacher's familiarity with individual differences and the principles of psychology, teacher efficiency, teacher's scientific evaluation, teacher's psychological balance; Among the strategies can be boldness, responsibility, patience, self-efficacy, discipline, justice, student loyalty; Among the consequences, it is possible to mention the increase of intelligence, intellectual growth, belief, behavioral-human development and questioning of students and promotion of citizenship rights.
Conclusion: The components of academic competence discovered in this research can be used in the construction and standardization of the questionnaire of educational competence of elementary school students. It is suggested that researchers and subject-matter experts pay attention to the components identified in this research.
