The papers will be reviewed by the relevant expert after being received provided that it is prepared on the basis of Quarterly's format (refer to authors’ guide) and submitted to the editorial board. It will be discussed and reviewed at the editorial board meeting. If the paper is identified to be in line with the framework of the Quarterly, the board would decide to send the paper as soon as possible.

Then, after obtaining the results of the review, the evaluation form is sent to the corresponding author, and within two weeks, s/he must fix the items and reload the file. If the evaluated items are applied and the relevant expert confirms the modifications, the paper would be discussed for acceptance at the editorial board meeting, and an acceptance letter will be issued as soon as possible.
