The purpose of this research, study was to investigate the role of psychological capital in reduced organizational silence teachers. data gathering procedure is descriptive (correlation) and the aim is practical. The statistical population of the study consisted 1055 entire secondary school teachers of KhoramaBad. What is more, the sample was selected 280 randomly based on the table krejcie and Morgan. Data collection tools, organizational silence questionnaire (Vndayn, Ang & Botero, 2003), and capital psychological questionnaire (Luthanz & Avolio, 2007) in five Likert scale. Using SPSS software version 18 data and with Pearson correlation as well as regression analysis were analyzed. The results revealed that there is a negative significant (P<0/01), relation between psychological capital and organizational silence. Finally, the findings showed that there is a negative relation between components of psychological capital self-efficacy, hope, optimism, but resiliency with organizational silence. So that with enhancement of the capital psychological, organizational silence is reduced and with self-efficacy, hope and optimism enhancement organizational silence is reduced
