Designing a model for using the talent of primary school teachers in Ardabil: A qualitative research

Abstract

Objective: The present study was conducted to discover the components of talent utilization and its role in the professional ethics of primary school teachers in Ardabil.
Methods: The present study was a qualitative study using the data foundation method. The statistical population of the study included the Distinguished teachers of the last three years, administrators, education experts and university professors, and 20 of them were selected as the statistical sample by purposive sampling. The data collection tool was semi-structured interviews. The interview data were analyzed using a coding method based on a systematic design of the foundation data theory.
Findings: The research findings showed that the provision of talented manpower as a central phenomenon; The nature of work, workplace health and effectiveness monitoring in the form of causal factors; Establishing a talent management system as a strategy; Intelligence of organizational goals under the heading factors; Educational facilities as an intervening factor and the consequences of organizational identity and educational fertility of teachers are elements of the talent utilization model.
Conclusion: Teachers' job training, anticipation of motivational measures, providing a platform for creativity and innovation and talent flourishing, establishing an efficient service compensation system should be considered.
