بررسی رابطه بین اخلاق حرفه‌ای و اشتیاق شغلی با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی و توانمند‌سازی روانشناختی در معلمان ورزش

چکیده

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه اخلاق حرفه­ای معلمان ورزش و اشتیاق شغلی آنان با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی و توانمندسازی روانشناختی بود.
روش­ ها: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان ورزش استان­های کهگیلویه و بویراحمد و چهارمحال و بختیاری به تعداد 643 نفر بود که حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 240 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. برای سنجش متغیرها از  پرسشنامه­ های اشتیاق شغلی، اخلاق حرفه ­ای، خودکارآمدی و توانمندسازی روانشناختی استفاده گردید، که روایی و پایایی آنها مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ­ها از تحلیل عاملی تائیدی و  معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که اخلاق حرفه­ ای بر اشتیاق شغلی، خودکارآمدی و توانمندسازی روانشناختی تأثیر مستقیم دارد و همچنین اخلاق حرفه ­ای از طریق خودکارآمدی و توانمندسازی روانشناختی بر اشتیاق شغلی به ‌صورت غیرمستقیم تأثیر داشت.
نتیجه­ گیری: به طور کلی می ­توان نتیجه گرفت اخلاق حرفه­ای معلمان تربیت­ بدنی از طریق ایجاد باورهای مثبت درباره خود آنان و شغلشان باعث ایجاد انگیزه و افزایش اشتیاق شغلی در آنان می­ شود.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between professional ethics of physical education teachers and their Work engagement with the mediator role of self-efficacy and psychological empowerment.
Methods: The research method was descriptive-correlational, which was done using structural equation method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all physical education teachers of Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari provinces, which included 643 people that the sample size was determined by Krejcie and Morgan table equal to 240. To measure the variables, the Professional ethics, Self-efficacy, Psychological Empowerment and Work engagement questionnaire were used. That validity and reliability were confirmed.  For data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used by Liserel software. 
Results: The findings indicated that professional ethics had a direct impact on self-efficacy, psychological empowerment and work engagement, and professional ethics also indirectly influenced work engagement through self-efficacy and Psychological Empowerment.
Conclusion: According to the findings concluded the professional ethics of physical education teachers caused motivate them and increase their work engagement by developing positive beliefs about themselves and their jobs.
