اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر حضور ذهن بر اضطراب اجتماعی دانش آموزان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی شناخت­درمانی مبتنی بر حضور ذهن در کاهش اضطراب­ اجتماعی دانش‏آموزان بود. روش پژوهش، نیمه‏آزمایشی با طرح پیش­ آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه‏ی آماری پژوهش را کلّیه­ی دانش­آموزان پسر هنرستانی منطقه 4 شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 93-1392 تشکیل می‌دادند، که ابتدا از بین مدارس این منطقه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، یک مدرسه انتخاب شده و سپس از میان دانش‏آموزان این مدرسه، 30 نفر از دانش­آموزانی که نمره‏های اضطراب­ اجتماعی بالایی داشتند، انتخاب‌ گردیده و به صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش (15نفر) و گروه کنترل (15نفر) جایگزین گشتند. شرکت‏کنندگان گروه آزمایش، 8 جلسه تحت برنامه‏ی شناخت­درمانی مبتنی بر حضور ذهن قرار گرفتند. برای جمع‌آوری داده­ها از مقیاس اضطراب اجتماعی استفاده شد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که دانش‏آموزان گروه آزمایش نسبت به دانش‏آموزان گروه کنترل در پس‏آزمون به‌طور معناداری، اضطراب اجتماعی کمتری داشتند. بنابراین، می‏توان نتیجه گرفت که شناخت‏درمانی مبتنی بر حضور ذهن در کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی دانش‏آموزان تأثیر معناداری دارد.

چکیده [English]

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on social anxiety of students. The research method was semi-experimental with pretest-posttest design with control group. The statistical population of study included all high school male students of Tehran city in the 2013-14 academic year, that first among them by using available sampling, a school was selected, and then by using simple random sampling, 30 student who had high scores on social anxiety, were selected, and randomly assigned in experimental (15) and control (15) groups. The experimental group had 8 session of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy training. Social anxiety scale used to data gathering. The data was analyzed by covariance statistical method. Findings indicated that the research hypothesis of effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy training on decreasing of social anxiety had been proven, and students of experimental group in comparison with control group, in posttest had a significantly less self-control. So, we can conclude that mindfulness-based cognitive therapy has a significant effect on decrease the social anxiety of students.
