نقش میانجی تواضع بر رابطه بین سرمایه‌اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری در بین دبیران آموزش و پرورش

چکیده

هدف: هدف از این مطالعه بررسی نقش سرمایه‌اجتماعی در تاب‌آوری با نقش میانجی تواضع در بین دبیران شهرستان کوثر در دوره همه‌گیری کرونا بود.
روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی و به حیث روش اجرا، همبستگی و از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی و از مسیر تحلیل معادلات‌ساختاری انجام گرفت. جامعه‌آماری پژوهش را معلمان شهرستان کوثر تشکیل می‌دادند. روش نمونه‌گیری بصورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای‌نسبی‌ و با استفاده از جدول کرجسی– مورگان بود. حجم نمونه با توجه به تعداد معلمان 319 نفر، 175 نفر برآورد گردید. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنام استاندارد ‌ استفاده شد. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (شاخص‌های شکل توزیع و پراکندگی) و آمار استنباطی (بارعاملی، ضریب‌رگرسیون، آزمون سوبل) بوسیله‌ نرم‌افزارهای SPSS18 و Smart Pls2 انجام شد.
یافته های تحقیق: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین مولفه سرمایه‌اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری رابطه معنی‌داری (622/0) وجود دارد. رابطه معنی‌داری بین مولفه سرمایه‌اجتماعی و تواضع (714/0) وجود دارد و همچنین بین دو مولفه تواضع و تاب‌آوری معلمان رابطه معنی‌داری (209/0) مشاهده شد نهایتا، بین مولفه‌های سرمایه‌اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری با میانجی تواضع رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به شیوع پاندمی کرونا و افزایش میزان اضطراب بین معلمان و اثرات مخرب آن بر تمام ابعاد زندگی آنها پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه‌ها و تصمیماتی برای ارتقاء سرمایه‌اجتماعی، تاب‌آوری و تواضع معلمان صورت گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of social capital in resilience with the mediating role of humility among the teachers of Kausar during the Corona epidemic.
Method: The present research was carried out in terms of the purpose of an applied research, and in terms of the implementation method, it was correlational and descriptive research and structural equation analysis. The socio-statistical research was made up of teachers from Kausar city. The sampling method was stratified random and using the Karjesi-Morgan table. The sample size was estimated to be 175 according to the number of 319 teachers. In order to collect data, a standard questionnaire was used. In the data analysis, descriptive statistics (distribution shape and dispersion indices) and inferential statistics (factor loading, regression coefficient, Sobel test) were performed by SPSS18 and Smart Pls2 software.
Research findings: Finally, between the components of social capital and There is a significant relationship between resilience and humility.
Conclusion: Considering the spread of the corona pandemic and the increase in the level of anxiety among teachers and its destructive effects on all aspects of their lives, it is suggested that plans and decisions be made to promote the social capital, resilience and humility of teachers.
