پیش‌بینی میزان اضطراب کودکان پیش دبستانی براساس ابعاد نابهنجار شخصیت و راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان والدین

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی میزان اضطراب کودکان پیش دبستانی براساس ابعاد نابهنجار شخصیت و راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان والدین انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: نوع مطالعه حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر تمامی مادران کودکان پیش‌دبستانی مدارس دولتی شهر آمل در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بود که از میان آنها تعداد 165 نفر والد (مادر) به عنوان نمونه مورد نظر با استفاده از روش نمونه-برداری تصادفی انتخاب و به مقیاس اضطراب کودکان پیش‌دبستانی، نسخه کوتاه پرسشنامه شخصیت DSM-5(PID-5) و پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان پاسخ دادند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج بررسی ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد بین اضطراب کودکان پیش دبستانی با ابعاد نابهنجار شخصیت رابطه مثبت معنی‌دار و با راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان رابطه منفی معنی‌دار وجود داشت. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه همزمان حاکی از آن است که متغیرهای ابعاد نابهنجار شخصیت و راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان؛ متغیر ملاک اضطراب کودکان پیش‌دبستانی را به طور معناداری پیش‌بینی می‌کنند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده مشخص می‌شود که ابعاد نابهنجار شخصیت و راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان والدین تأثیر معناداری بر میزان اضطراب کودکان پیش‌دبستانی دارند؛ بنابراین ضروری است در فرآیند آموزش و پرورش و سلامت روانی کودکان به ویژگی‌ها و ابعاد نابهنجار شخصیت و مؤلفه‌های تنظیم شناختی هیجان والدین توجه خاصی شود.

چکیده [English]

Objective: This study aims to Predicting the anxiety of preschool children based on Parents abnormal dimensions of personality and adaptive strategies of cognitive emotion regulation.
Methods: . The present study was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study was all mothers of pre-school children in public schools of Amol city in the academic year of 1969-98. Among them, 165 parents (mother) were selected by random sampling method. and responded to the pre-school children's anxiety scale, a short version of the DSM-5 Personality questionnaire (PID-5), and an cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire.
Results: The results of Pearson's correlation coefficient showed that there was a significant positive relationship between preschool children's anxiety with abnormal dimensions of personality and a significant negative relationship with adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies. The results of multiple regression showed that the variables abnormal dimensions of personality and adaptive strategies of cognitive emotion regulation; significantly predicted Variables Criteria for Preschool Children Anxiety.
Conclusion: the results obtained showed that abnormal dimensions of personality of parents have a significant effect on the anxiety of preschool children; therefore essential in the education process and mental health of children should be paid particular attention to abnormal dimensions of personality and parental cognitive emotion regulation components.
